A friend of mine saw the strangests of things in DC last night. Projected - Yes I said PROJECTED - onto the Washington Monument - facing the Lincoln Memorial, the words "HELL OR HIGH WATER".I have tried finding out what this was art? demomstration? Can it be confirmed and not just a trick of my freinds eyes driving down Independence Avenue? Well, a bad mock up of what it might look like is included....
As for me, I'll continue the search for answers...
Update: My friend - a thoroughly Rotten Rabi, found the source: Greenpeace !
